Once you build a flow, you can save it as a working draft or a specific version. A working draft is a temporary version of the flow that can be edited and saved again. A specific version is a permanent snapshot of the flow that cannot be edited. You can also switch between different versions of the same flow. This can be helpful if you want to try out different changes without affecting the current version of the flow.

To save the flow as a working draft, select the Save button on the canvas page. The flow is saved, and it is open for editing.
